Techy Tea Party

We try to help members with problems about mobile phones and computers. Before the pandemic, we had a great session with Carphone Warehouse in Wood Green where people had individual trouble-shooting sessions with their staff. Now they’ve moved to Tottenham Hale Retail Park and merged with Curry’s/PC World, that store is still a helpful place for seniors. Later we got some cheap tablets from a charity and re-sold them to members – if only we could get some more! We also teamed up with Haringey Learns in the Wood Green Library to put on computer skills classes for older people.
